Change Requests
- Failure Tags may now be associated with Change Request records if/when applicable.
- Can’t remember how to create a fillable field or checkbox within your Implementation Script? A collapsible Help section has been added under the Implementation Script for guidance (Fig. 1).
- The Contacts area on the Change Request is now collapsible. Click on Contacts Involved to show or hide the section.
InsightIQ
- While using InsightIQ to make bulk changes to Asset data, Users may now filter on Date fields (e.g. Install Date, Uninstall Date, Manufacture Date).
Work Orders
- Arrows have been added to the Work Order Scheduler’s calendar view to allow Users to navigate between adjacent months more easily.
