Garbage In, Garbage Out

Garbage in is garbage out.

For anybody in the software world, this is a cardinal rule. And in MCIM’s world, we see it as absolutely a requirement – because clean data transforms business.

Join Stuart Chambers as he talks about the value of clean data and how MCIM provides quick, actionable insights for all levels of facility management.

Garbage in, garbage out.

And for anybody that’s existed in the software world, this is kind of one of those cardinal rules. And in MCIM’s world, in our vision of data centers, we see it as absolutely a requirement.

Our translation of that is clean data transforms business because we have seen through every single customer, nothing enables a faster acceleration to world class performance, and nothing generates better insight than clean data from the start.

It is how we are able to leverage the interconnections across all of our features to provide actionable insight very quickly. There are many examples we could go through in MCIM’s platform that prove this, but some of the most common ones are responding to incidents in a timely manner and meeting SLA requirements around communication and escalation of what occurred. Through MCIM’s Incident Reporting module through our automation of reactive work orders or reactive critical work packages to address that incident, we’re able to quickly respond and automate a lot of the behind the scenes actions that humans used to have to do.

What that results in is much more tool time and much less laptop time for your techs.

It also allows truly deep insight at an executive level on items like capital planning where you can believe the results and then at any time drill down to see the components of that.
