Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer serves as a key resource for supporting external clients as well as internal teams in both planning and executing MCIM platform configuration and customization. This role requires an ability to facilitate, lead and coordinate technical discussions and drive through all phases of solution development. You will be focused primarily on data architecture, gathering business and technical requirements, assessing customer needs and delivering world class solutions.

Software Engineer / Developer (UI/UX – Front-End)

The associate Software Engineer serves as a key resource in the development and evolution of our core product, MCIM, and custom client extensions. This role requires an ability to work both independently and with a team to deliver high-quality software and user experience. You will be focused primarily on user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX), however, you will also be expected to understand and support all aspects of the product.

Software Engineer – API Focus

The Software Engineer – API Focus serves as a key resource in the development and evolution of our core product, MCIM, and custom client extensions. This role requires an ability to work both independently and with a team to deliver high-quality software with a strong user experience and rigorous standardization for data architecture. You will be focused on multiple interdependent functional domains, including API Integrations, Data Architecture, UI/UX, Analytics & Machine Learning, IoT/Sensors, and more, and will be expected to understand and support all aspects of the MCIM product.

Product Manager

MCIM is seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic and fast growing team to lead requirements for MCIM’s cutting-edge data center management solution. Never having lost a customer, MCIM is fast becoming the leader in data center management. With three of the top four global data center colocation companies and eight of the top ten global banks as customers, MCIM is the emerging standard for data center operations excellence. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining the strategic capabilities, prioritization, and roadmap for the MCIM platform and modules, which encompass unified elements of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate QA Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. As an Associate QA Engineer you will be focused on quality assurance for the entire MCIM application.  You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing, bug identification, and documentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality experience of MCIM. Controller

MCIM by Fulcrum Collaborations (“MCIM”) needs a Controller who is excited by the idea of building upon a new accounting and finance function in partnership with the CFO. He/she must be able to make quick and impactful decisions on process improvements and is creative enough to develop new standards and procedures as needed. After taking inventory of the needs of the accounting and finance practice in the business, the CFO will look to the controller to bring accounting in-house.
